Do I need to give you access to my website or social media? 
 

For website projects, yes, I’ll need access to your current site (or you'll create a new Wix account so everything stays in your name).

For social content or videos, I only need access if you want me to post for you. Otherwise I just send you ready-to-share files.

Who pays for the Wix plan and domain?
​

You do, directly through Wix. This keeps the site fully in your control and usually more affordable. I'll help you choose the right plan so you're not paying for extras you don't need.

How long does a project usually take? 
​

  • New Website: about 3–4 weeks

  • Website Refresh:  1-2 weeks

  • Social graphics or short videos: delivered as agreed (often within a week or two) 

  • Business Story Videos: usually filmed in one visit and delivered within 7-10 days

I'm not very tech-savvy. Is that a problem? 
 

Not at all. Every project includes clear direction and simple training so you feel comfortable making basic updates or posting content yourself.

What happens after my website goes live?

You receive 30 days of support included. If you'd like ongoing help after that, the monthly Keep On Support plans are available. 

 

How do the Business Story Videos work? 
​

I come to your business (or a location you choose), film short, natural clips of you and your space. Then I create a clean, simple video using your own voiceover. You receive ready-to-post clips for your website or social media. No big setup, just natural, real moments that show what you offer.

What do I need to prepare for a video session?

Just be yourself and have a few ideas about what you'd like to say. I'll guide the process and keep it simple and low-pressure.

Can I start with just one service and add more later? 

​Yes. Many clients begin with a website or a single video and add graphics, support plans, or more videos as they go.
